Eunice Marshall of Hudson Avenue has been appointed to the Village Board of Trustees to fill the seat formerly held by John Murphy. Murphy resigned from the board in September for personal reasons. Murphy had been appointed to the board in Aprl, 2015, to fill the seat vacated by Ellen Vomacka.
