Stillwater village residents went to the polls during a special election on March 15 and elected Eunice Marshall to a one-year term on the Board of Trustees. She ran unopposed. Marshall was originally appointed to the board in October, 2015, to fill the seat formerly held by John Murphy, who resigned.
