The purpose of this Local Law 3 for 2026 is to establish uniform regulations for siting telecommunications towers in the Village consistent with federal and state law; to encourage shared use of existing towers and tall structures; and to minimize adverse visual impacts. A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the Village Clerk’s office at 662 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater, NY 12170, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
