The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists to expect alternating lane closures along State Route 4 (Hudson Avenue) between Ferry Lane and State Route 32 in the Village of Stillwater weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., beginning Wednesday, July 15 through sometime in August while the pavement is resurfaced. Flaggers will control alternating traffic flow through the open lane.

Motorists should anticipate travel delays and build extra travel time into their schedule. Construction activities are weather dependent and subject to change based on conditions.
