The Village Board of Trustees passed two local laws on June 16 establishing uniform regulations for siting telecommunications towers and small cell wireless facilities in the village.

Telecommunications Towers

Local Law 3 for 2026 establishes uniform regulations for siting telecommunications towers in the Village consistent with federal and state law, encourages shared use of existing towers and tall structures; and minimizes adverse visual impacts.
